Located on the 16th floor, this penthouse suite has spectacular oceanfront views. A winding staircase leads to an upper level loft with fireplace and a beautiful panoramic view of the gulf. Then continuing to a large rooftop sundeck, providing spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Bay area. The master bedroom features a king size bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living room. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed. This is available as a two bedroom suite only.

Security deposit: $300-500.00 security deposit is required on all reservations.

PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

Cancellation Policy: A charge of $50.00 will be applied to all confirmed reservations which are cancelled. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival date are subject to loss of deposit and any partial payment already paid, unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same time period. Cancellations made within 30 days or less prior to arrival date are subject to loss of full payment unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same time period.
